Values
Rachael Pallenberg (she/her) is the Director and Principal Consultant. She has a long history of working in the not-for-profit sector both as a practitioner and in a variety of management and executive roles. She is a visionary and growth-focused leader who enjoys, and has achieved, success in working with organisations to establish and implement comprehensive quality and risk frameworks and management systems, clinical governance processes, and resource development and management that enhance programs.
Rachael has a track record in assisting organisations to achieve accreditation across a number of standard frameworks, bringing experience as a long-term accreditation assessor and decision maker.
As Director, Rachael oversees all work undertaken by the company.
Rachael holds qualifications in human service practice, business and governance. She is an active member of relevant professional bodies, and is an experienced board member who sits on a number of community service/not-for-profit boards.
